Zenith Add Monster Trucks

by | Feb 28, 2017

Two new high spec monster trucks arrived at our Chepstow facility recently to enhance our South Wales & South West fleet. Zenith Logistics, our warehouse and distribution arm, received the MAN trucks last week to assist with increased local demand.

The German TGX 26.500 XXL semi trailer tractor units have an extra high sleeper cab which includes 2 bunk beds for those long distance journeys. The 500hp vehicles come with the next generation MAN TipMatic® 12 speed gearbox which significantly reduces fuel consumption, and a host of technologically advanced extras to improve driver capabilities.

The above, coupled with our own in house systems, means we are able to monitor how safely and efficiently our vehicles are being driven, allowing us to improve performance and maintain a low-cost base.

Zenith have a long standing presence in South Wales and the South West and have become synonymous with quality, reliability and innovation, all delivered at the lowest possible cost. This, allied with the Uniserve Group, has allowed us to grow nationally and collectively become the UK’s largest privately owned logistics and global trade management provider.

Zenith now manage an in house group fleet of over 500 vehicles, including 130 in their own livery. The two new high spec vehicles are an ongoing testament to our continual investment in the right technology to provide our customers with intelligent logistics solutions.

If you would like to find out more about what Zenith, or Uniserve, can offer then please contact Peter Keates, our Warehouse and Distribution Director at pjk@ugroup.co.uk, or one of our team at info@ugroup.co.uk.
