Aug 23, 2023 | Article, News

The Port of Felixstowe is temporarily closed as a result of a major communications failure. All VBA (Virtual Berth Allocation) slots have been reclaimed until 4pm today.

The temporary closure of the port has implications for our delivery schedules not only for today but also potentially for tomorrow. We understand the significance of this situation and the potential disruptions it might cause to your supply chain operations.

Uniserve are monitoring the situation closely and are committed to keeping our customers fully informed to help keep disruption to supply chains to a minimum.
