Your daily update for Felixstowe, Southampton and London Gateway Ports, with the latest news on road and weather conditions, port turnaround times and vessel arrivals.
Felixstowe Port
Road – Queueing traffic due to rolling road block and earlier broken down car on A14 Orwell Bridge westbound between J57 A1189 (Nacton interchange) and J56 A137 (Wherstead interchange). Speed restriction due to contraflow and resurfacing work on A12 both ways between J26 A1124 (Eight Ash Green / Tollgate interchange) and J25 A120 (Marks Tey). Expect delays. Speed restriction of 40 mph and one lane closed due to resurfacing work on A12 both ways between J13 B1002 (Ingatestone) and J16 B1007 Stock Road (Galleywood). One lane closed and speed restriction of 50 mph due to long-term roadworks on A1 Great North Road both ways between A1(M) J17 Peterborough / Oundle and A6118 Old North Road.

Southampton Port
Road – Queueing traffic on A35 Redbridge Causeway Eastbound at A36 Commercial Road. In the roadworks area. One lane closed due to bridge maintenance work on A35 Redbridge Causeway Westbound from M271 (Redbridge roundabout) to the Totton Bypass. Expect delays. One lane closed and slow traffic due to broken down vehicle on M3 northbound at J9 A34 (Winnal roundabout / Winchester North).

London Gateway Port
Road – Slow traffic on M25 anticlockwise at the Dartford Tunnels. Travel time is five minutes. All traffic being temporarily held and queueing traffic due to sheets of wood on road on M25 clockwise at J2 A2 (Darenth Interchange). Slow traffic on M25 anticlockwise from J11 A320 St Peters Way (Chertsey) to J10 A3 (Wisley Interchange). Queueing traffic on A1114 Great Baddow Bypass inbound at the Army and Navy roundabout. Speed restriction of 40 mph and one lane closed due to resurfacing work on A12 both ways between J13 B1002 (Ingatestone) and J16 B1007 Stock Road (Galleywood). eports of traffic problem on A12 Northbound from J21 B1389 Hatfield Road (Witham South) to J22 (Witham North). Traffic is coping well.
