Port Update Post Irma
While there may be some delays to logistics in the region, the major US ports and airports are all expected to be back in operation today with the following status being in place at each:
Ports:
Miami – Gate operations expected to commence today.
Jacksonville – Gate operations expected to commence today.
Savannah – Vessel operations expected to commence today.
Charleston – Open
Norfolk – Open
Airports:
Miami – Flight operations resumed on a limited basis yesterday, with many airlines not operating a full flight schedule.
Orlando – Flight operations resumed on a limited basis yesterday, with many airlines not operating a full flight schedule.
Atlanta – Flight operations resumed and were ramped up during yesterday.
