New Faces For Customer Team

In a recent restructure of our award winning customer service and development team, Uniserve have added two new faces to the starting lineup.

We are pleased to welcome Gary Haynes (left) to the team as Strategic Customer Development Manager based in the Midlands. Gary has 30 years experience of international logistics to call upon, having held a number of executive customer facing positions in a successful career.

Gary commented “Its great to be representing such a strong brand as Uniserve, the flexibility and range of services I can now offer are second to none. I am looking forward to getting to know more about the group and hope that I can utilise some of my industry expertise to assist and develop our highly rated customer experience”.

Another welcome addition is Adrian Frodsham (right). Adrian also brings almost 30 years experience from senior and executive roles within the industry. Adrian joined us recently to represent us as Client Development Manager, a role which will regularly see him based in his local area, the North West.

Adrian said after joining “Being part of the UK’s leading independent logistics provider gives me the opportunity to provide some really innovative supply chain solutions. I am very much looking forward to working with a great team and getting out there and sharing my experience with the customers”.

Both Gary and Adrian report directly to Uniserve Commercial Director, Gary Cobbing. Gary is the architect of the recent commercial restructure and said  “While we have had great success with the structure we had in place for the past few years, it is important to not stand still and to continually challenge ourselves.

The industry is constantly evolving and so must we, especially since Brexit, we needed to be prepared for a more ‘Global Great Britain’, and with a few adjustments we are now ideally positioned”.

About our new recruits he commented “Adding Gary and Adrian to these pivotal positions is great news for us and for customers. The experience they bring is undeniable and I am sure they will be welcomed by all”.
