Property Team Expands

by | Mar 3, 2017

Our property team expanded recently with the appointment of Jonathan King as our new Property Project Manager.

Jonathan is an experienced Building Surveyor turned Project Manager (MAPM and IPMA Level C), with over 10 years surveying, project management and construction experience.

Jonathan has a proven track record as an autonomous Project Manager delivering new build works on time and on budget, and will be a great addition to our team, reporting to our Group Property Director, John Gandy.

Uniserve Group’s property portfolio has been significantly expanding over recent times as it supports the demand from our logistics and supply chain operations, which now have an annual turnover approaching £400 million.

Jonathan will be heading up a number of projects and working with John on our Felixstowe Port Centric Super Distribution Centre (the Super DC) which will be developed on land acquired from Trinity College. Adjacent to this is another Uniserve project under construction that will provide a new container and HGV facility and is due to open for business in July 2017.

Our investment in high quality facilities is set to continue as John Gandy, along with Group Managing Director Iain Liddell, will be travelling to Cannes in the next fortnight to attend the MIPIM Property Conference.
