First Course at Leeds Trinity

by | Feb 13, 2017

CP Training, our supply chain staff development and qualifications arm, are hosting their first ever training course at Leeds Trinity University on 15th and 16th May. The two day Demand Planning course, is a first for CP delivered in Leeds, as we work with the University on a number of business led supply chain projects.

The Demand Planning course is part of a wide range of courses offered by CP and offers insight into the topic of demand in the context of the traditional planning loop (plan, do, act), emphasising the need to plan for demand to meet clear objectives. It also incorporates measuring performance and taking action to get back on plan to meet objectives.

The course is designed for Analysts, Managers, and Executives working in the following functions: Demand Planning, Sales & Operations Planning, Sales, Business Development, and Marketing, Product Management, Finance, Strategic Planning, Operations, Supply Chain Functions, Inventory Management or Procurement and Buying.

We told you recently that the Supply Chain Academy were working alongside Leeds Trinity University to build the world’s first Supply Chain Degree Apprenticeship and this further demonstrates our commitment to developing training solutions with professional bodies.
