Uniserve Group Suspends All Bookings To/From Russia
Dear Customers,
In light of the escalating situation in Ukraine, Uniserve Group is with immediate effect introducing a temporary suspension on all cargo bookings to/from Russia – across all its divisions including (but not limited to) UniOcean and UniAir. Where possible this ban will not extend to the delivery of essential / humanitarian supplies such as food and medicines.
Uniserve is continuing to monitor the situation and related international sanctions carefully and will keep customers apprised of any changes potentially impacting services further.
Any customers with goods in transit to/from Russia or have any questions connected with this suspension of services should contact their Customer Development Manager should you have any concerns on 01375 856060 or email crmteam@ugroup.co.uk
