As part of our continuing development of the exclusive highly sophisticated One World global operating platform, Uniserve have employed the services of retail expert Paul Miller.

Paul connects with the team after previously spending 13 years in senior supply chain and logistics positions within Shop Direct Group. He brings with him a wealth of experience in retail, which should prove to be invaluable to us as we continue to enhance the most intelligent supply chain system available on the market.

Our One World platform comprises of rich functionality to manage vendors, optimize global supply chains, ensure trade compliance, track global shipments and analyse data to make better decisions.

Through this functionality One World accelerates the movement of goods across international borders, improves customer service, reduces global supply chain costs and allows us to deliver consumer-driven supply chain solutions.

Paul will be working on further enhancing the Uniserve retail service offerings by providing insight into system design from a retailers perspective and providing value added services to clients when reviewing their supply chain requirements, He will also be working with our Supply Chain Academy management team, adding his retail experience to our business led executive programmes.

Speaking about the role Paul commented “Its a great pleasure to be working with Uniserve. The One World platform and group facilities are incredibly impressive in both the quality and breadth of what is on offer in terms of supply chain service, capabilities and knowledge.”
