Spread across four mezzanine floors, the 200,000 sq ft eFulfilment zone is actually larger than many entire warehouses. However, the scale of the space is only one aspect of the competitive advantage the FMDC’s eFulfiment capabilities will deliver its ecommerce customers.

Across its full 750,000 sq ft capacity, the FMDC also has:

• a 100,000 sq ft cold store
• 18,000 pallet spaces of frozen storage
• bonded storage (container and pallet)
• 400,000 sq ft marshalling and narrow / wide pallet racking
• 80,000 ambient pallet spaces
