COVID-19: Uniserve support the DHSC & NHS

Apr 3, 2020 | Article, News

It’s with great pride that Uniserve have been drafted in to assist in the management of the UK supply chains for Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).

We were called into action 2 weeks ago to help with the rapid delivery of PPE from around the world and we are now working with many Government departments to bring much needed medical equipment to hospitals across the UK.

Uniserve are moving goods by all modes of transport to deliver ventilators, goggles, surgical masks, gloves, gowns, as well as millions of litres of hand sanitiser urgently to where they are most desperately needed.

Our role in the management of the PPE supply chain is becoming greater and more important by the day.

Driven by a sense of responsibility and professionalism, our global teams are working 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. We are putting all our expertise, resources and facilities at the Governments disposal to make sure they get as much of the PPE to the frontline doctors and nurses so that our NHS and this country can beat the virus.

We are with the Department of Health and Social Care (DHSC) and the NHS all the way and are proud to be supporting them.
