Uniserve has been shortlisted in two Supply Chain Excellence Award categories; Retail Supply Chain Excellence and Supply Chains Operations – Partnership.

Our first shortlisting for the ‘Retail Supply Chain Excellence’ Award recognises Uniserve’s 2024 emergency response to political unrest in Bangladesh. Tasked by Sainsbury’s with protecting critical peak season stock, we rapidly launched a complex, three-phase, multimodal logistics operation – air, land/air, and sea/air – moving over 1,000 tons of goods across five countries. We leveraged 24/7 coordination, SKU-level tracking, and adaptive IT systems, to ensure real-time visibility and seamless integration, safeguarding availability.

Our second shortlisting is for the ‘Supply Chain Operations – Partnership’ Award, which shines a light on Uniserve’s partnership with Go-Pak. Since 2009, we’ve been Go-Pak’s trusted international logistics partner, providing strategic, scalable, and sustainable solutions. From managing 4,000+ TEUs annually to enabling real-time PO visibility via the One World platform, Uniserve supports Go-Pak’s global growth. Throughout the partnership, we’ve developed an innovative backloading model exporting recycled cardboard to Asia – cutting costs and emissions and conducted emergency air charters during the pandemic.
