Uniserve appoints James Hill as Development Director
Uniserve is delighted to announce the appointment of James Hill as the new Development Director for its property division.
In his new role as Development Director, James will be responsible for overseeing the planning and execution of Uniserve’s strategic property investment projects and involved in enhancing Uniserve’s property portfolio.
James Hill is a highly experienced professional in the property sector with a strong reputation and renowned for outstanding negotiation skills, development consultancy, funding expertise, and extensive experience in real estate transactions. His specialism in the logistics sector, makes him a valuable appointment to Uniserve’s property division.
