Your daily update for Felixstowe, Southampton and London Gateway Ports, with the latest news on road and weather conditions, port turnaround times and vessel arrivals.

Felixstowe Port

Road – Very slow traffic on A12 Northbound before J33 A1214 / A14 (Copdock Interchange). Traffic light failure on Parkway at Great Baddow Bypass / Van Diemans Road / Chelmer Road (Army And Navy). Approach with care. On the roundabout. Usual slow traffic on Trumpington Road and Hauxton Road Northbound from M11 J11 and Trumpington to the centre of Cambridge. Slow traffic on A12 London bound at J12 A1023 Chelmsford Road (Mountnessing / Shenfield). A14 eastbound between junctions J37 Newmarket West and J39 Kentford, Roadworks. A12 southbound between the A14 and the junction with the A120 Colchester East, Barrier repairs. A12 southbound between the A14 and the junction with the A133, Barrier repairs. A12 northbound entry slip from the A130, Roadworks.

Vessel – Matz Maersk (Working), MSC Amelia (Working), Adelina D (Working), Seamax Bridgeport (Working), Maersk Mirja (Inbound), MSC Tuxpan (Inbound), Maike D (Inbound), MSC Stella (Inbound).

Southampton Port

Road – Queueing traffic due to earlier accident on M27 Eastbound from J10 A32 Wickham Road (Wickham) to J11 A27 (Fareham / Gosport). Heavy traffic on Burgess Road around A33 The Avenue. A31 westbound between the M27 and the junction with the A338 South, A31 westbound at a minor junction between M27 and A338 near Ringwood (east), A31 westbound between A338 near Ringwood (east) and B3081, Roadworks.

London Gateway Port

Road –  Queueing traffic for five miles on M25 clockwise from before J30 A13 (Lakeside / Purfleet) to the QE2 Bridge. Queueing traffic on A13 London bound from A1012 / Stifford Clays Road (Grays turn, Grays) to M25 J30 (Lakeside / Purfleet, Thurrock). Slow traffic on M25 anticlockwise from J2 A2 (Darenth Interchange) to the Dartford Tunnel. Slow traffic on M25 clockwise between J5 M26 / A21 (Sevenoaks) and J6 A22 (Godstone). Slow traffic on A23 Brighton Road Northbound from M23 J7 / A23 / London Road North to Star Lane (Hooley). One lane closed and queueing traffic due to accident, a couple of cars and a lorry involved on M25 clockwise at J11 A320 St Peters Way (Chertsey). Congestion to Cobham Services, beyond J10 A3. Onlookers anticlockwise adding to delays from J13 Staines. Long delays due to earlier broken-down car on M25 anticlockwise after J19 (Watford). Congestion to almost J22 (London Colney / St Albans), and the A41 Spur at J19 is back to the Hunton Bridge Roundabout. Queueing traffic on A41 Southbound at M25 J20. Stop-start traffic on A405 North Orbital Road between M1 J6 and B4630 Watford Road (Shell Roundabout). Slow traffic on M25 anticlockwise between J27 M11 and J26 A121 (Waltham Abbey). M1 northbound between junctions J1 and J5, Roadworks. M11 northbound between junctions J5 and J6, Barrier repairs. A2 eastbound exit for B255, Roadworks.
