Felixstowe Port

Road – A14 westbound exit slip at junction J57 Ipswich East, Congestion. A428 eastbound between the junctions with the A1 and the A1198, Congestion. A1 southbound at the junction with the A428, Congestion. A14 westbound between junctions J44 Bury St Edmunds East and J38 Newmarket East, A14 westbound between J44 and J43, A14 westbound between J39 and J38, Roadworks. A14 eastbound exit slip at junction J42 Bury St Edmunds West, A14 J42 eastbound exit, Roadworks. A120 eastbound between the junctions with the A131 North and the A12 Colchester West, Congestion. A12 northbound exit slip to the A130, Congestion.  

Port – No VBS bookings until 10:00 hours this morning which is going to create delays for inbound and outbound traffic. Despite fog the Port is working albeit a little slower than normal.

Vessel – Moscow Maersk (Working), Zapadnyy (Working), Gardiner (Working), MSC Lausanne (Working), Vaga Maersk (Working), OOCL Scandinavia (Working), MSC Irene (Inbound), EM Corfu (Inbound), MSC Soraya (Inbound), Jazan (Inbound), MSC Rosa (Inbound).

Weather – No issues to report at present for today. 

Southampton Port

Road – A27 eastbound between the junctions with the A286 and the A259 Chichester East, Congestion. M3 eastbound between the M27 westbound and junction J14, Roadworks. M27 slip road to the M3 eastbound, link road from M27 J4 eastbound and M3 J14 eastbound, Roadworks. M3 eastbound at junction J14, Roadworks. M3 eastbound between junctions M27 and J13, Roadworks. M3 westbound between junction J14 and the M27, Roadworks. M27 westbound exit slip at junction J7, M27 J7 westbound exit, Roadworks. A27 eastbound between the junctions with the A24 North and the A24 South, Roadworks. A27 westbound between the junctions with the A24 North and the A280, Roadworks. A27 westbound between the junctions with the A24 North and the A280, Roadworks.

Port – Please be advised that landside operations have now resumed following the suspension of our services from 03:00hrs to 08:00hrs due to fog at the terminal. The port will be slowly releasing VBS bookings back into the system once they have serviced the trucks currently waiting on site. Further operational information can be found here

London Gateway Port

Road  M25 anticlockwise exit slip at junction J30, Congestion. M25 anticlockwise exit slip at junction J1B for A225, Congestion. A13 eastbound between the A1012 and the junction with the A1089,  A13 eastbound between A1012 and A1089, A13 eastbound within the A1089 junction, Roadworks. A2 westbound, Broken-down vehicle. M25 anticlockwise at junction J27, Congestion. M25 anticlockwise between junctions J27 and J26, Broken down vehicle. M25 anticlockwise between junctions J26 and J25, Congestion. M25 anticlockwise entry slip at junction J25, Congestion.  A2 westbound, Roadworks. A2 eastbound at the junction with the A2260, Roadworks. M11 northbound between junctions J5 and J6, Barrier repairs.  M4 eastbound between junctions J4B from the M25 anti-clockwise and J3, link road from M25 J15 anti-clockwise to M4 J4B eastbound, M4 eastbound within J3, Roadworks. M4 eastbound between junctions J6 and J5, Roadworks.

Port – Tilbury 2 was very congested yesterday with turnaround times of over 3 hours. This morning this has had a knock-on effect to Inbound and outbound traffic with average turnaround times of 2 hours. 32 Berth has delays at present of 1.5 to 2 hours turnaround again this will cause Issues with all Inbound and outbound traffic. Pentalver LGW no problems to report. Solent Stevedores London Gateway no problems to report. LGW Is operating well this morning. Further operational information can be found here.
