Your daily update for Felixstowe, Southampton and London Gateway Ports, with the latest news on road and weather conditions, port turnaround times and vessel arrivals.

Felixstowe Port

Road – Slow traffic on A14 Westbound before J38 A11 / A1304 (Newmarket). Heavy traffic on A1 Great North Road Southbound at A421 Bedford Road (Black Cat Roundabout). Slow traffic on A12 London bound at J12 A1023 Chelmsford Road (Mountnessing / Shenfield). A14 eastbound between junctions J37 Newmarket West and J39 Kentford, Roadworks. A11 southbound between the junctions with the A14 and the A1304, Roadworks. A14 eastbound between junctions J34 Fen Ditton and J39 Kentford, Roadworks. A12 southbound at the junction with the A14, Barrier repairs. A12 northbound entry slip from the A130, Roadworks.

Port – No issues to report.

Southampton Port

Road –  Heavy traffic on Burgess Road around A33 The Avenue. Slow traffic due to traffic problem on M3 Northbound at J14. Slow traffic on M271 Northbound before M27 J3 (Southampton Docks). M3 eastbound exit slip at junction J13, Roadworks. M27 eastbound between junctions J7 and J8, Roadworks. M27 eastbound between junctions J11 and J12, Road repairs.

London Gateway Port

Road –  Slow traffic on M25 anticlockwise before J29 A127 (Romford / Basildon). Long delays, queueing traffic for six miles and lane closed on entry slip road due to broken down vehicle on M25 clockwise at J1A A206 (Erith / Swanscombe). Congestion to J29 Upminster, to the QE2 Bridge. Tailbacks both ways on the A13, back to Grays and halfway back to Wennington. Slow traffic on M25 anticlockwise from J2 A2 (Darenth Interchange) to the Dartford Tunnel. All traffic being temporarily held, severe delays and queueing traffic for nine miles due to accident, one car involved and earlier Police incident on M25 clockwise at J6 A22 (Godstone). Congestion to J5 M26 (Sevenoaks). M25 clockwise lane closed on exit slip road due to broken down vehicle at J13 A30 (Staines). Queueing traffic on A41 Southbound at M25 J20. Slow traffic on M25 anticlockwise between J21 M1 and J19 A41 (Watford). Slow traffic on M25 anticlockwise between J26 A121 (Waltham Abbey) and J25 A10 (Enfield). Queueing traffic on M11 Southbound between J6 M25 and J4 A406 North Circular. Slow traffic on M25 anticlockwise before J29 A127 (Romford / Basildon). M25 clockwise at junction J15, Emergency roadworks. M25 clockwise junction J10, Roadworks. M11 southbound exit slip at junction J6, Road repairs.
